How it works
Every month we will post you a book from the club you select, which will be dispatched in the last week of the month. We will email you the week before to tell you what the title for that month is; if you already have this book you can reply, and we will offer you an alternative selection. Your book will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class, using recycled packaging if possible.
Select the month that you wish the subscription to start by using the drop down menu. This is to allow us plenty of time to check we have all your details correctly on file. If you are ordering the subscription as a gift, don’t worry once you have ordered it you will automatically receive a digital certificate via email to gift forward.
If you already have the book we select, please do reply to the email we send out prior to dispatch each month, so we can ensure you are happy with the book you receive. We can also offer in person exchanges in our Bristol shop.
You will receive a Bookhaus bookmark with each delivery, and both subscriptions will receive a Bookhaus tote bag with their first order. The 12 month subscription will also receive a lucky dip selection from our zine shelves.
Subscriptions will not auto renew, so please make sure you order a new subscription before yours runs out. Subscriptions can only be refunded in full before any books are dispatched, otherwise you will not be able to cancel. If you have any queries please email info@bookhausbristol.com.
